The second game of each series was played on Thursday, starting in Mersin with the top seed Cukurova hosting 24 seed Panathinaikos. The game and series stayed close for a while as Feyonda Fitzgerald led the visitors, but Kennedy Burke helped the home team build an advantage in the second half on their win to a 71-57 win for a final margin of 162-144. 10 seed Villeneuve-d’Ascq quickly overturned their deficit as Alexis Peterson and Ameryst Alston led the way, but Estudiantes’s duo of Frieda Buhner and Lisa Berkani helped the 15 seed storm back and keep it close. The defending champions recovered though and pushed the lead back out in the fourth quarter to win the game 80-70, flipping the aggregate to 151-143 in their favor. 5 seed Lattes Montpellier already had a big lead and Nell Angloma helped extend it, allowing them to coast in the second half and advance 145-125 even though 13 seed Lublin came back to win this game 82-78. 11 seed Avenida looked ready to advance early as they built on their lead, but Athinaikos made a big run heading into halftime and then seized the lead, winning 79-68 to flip the aggregate to 144-139 and advance as the lowest remaining seed at 14.
