One half of the bracket continued their series on Thursday as teams looked to advance or to extend their seasons. Top seed Venezia finished their sweep of Jordan Hobbs and San Martino di Lupari with a 68-56 win as they are the team trying to hurry along with their big continental test on the horizon. Roseto had already pulled off the upset on the road and were cruising in the first half. Campobasso tried to make a late run, but fell short 59-54. The other two series continued on Sunday and Schio finished their sweep of Broni with a 73-54 win. Tinara Moore did everything she could for Sesto San Giovanni, but they lost to Derthona 78-70.
