The last game of the season was played on Thursday with Game 2 of the finals. Top seed Cukurova had a narrow lead from the first game, but 14 seed Athinaikos led for most of the game, sometimes by enough to temporarily shift the aggregate to their favor. Lindsay Allen helped the hosts stay in the overall lead though and they survived a potential series-tying possession in the closing seconds to only lose 77-75, enough for a 160-157 final margin their favor.
