Hungarian Finals May 2nd

All four series had games on Saturday, starting with the championship matchup, the only one with a best-of-five format. PEAC was on the road this time, but doubled their lead with a 66-60 win over DVTK. Sopron trailed at halftime in the bronze medal series, but Jelena Brooks was pushing to close out her career on a winning note as they got the 83-71 win over MTK. Zada Williams was excellent for Csata in the opener of the consolation championship as they defeated BEAC 86-68. Barbara Angyal and Vasas needed a win to extend their series, but Szekszard was able to prevail 74-68 and take 7th place.
