AfroBasket 2025 Consolation Bracket

The consolation bracket started play on Friday with a quick turnaround for teams about to play four games in four days. Mozambique built a lead by halftime in the early game for a 76-58 win over Uganda. With no qualification spots up for grabs, Ivory Coast was hoping that the home fans would give them the motivational boost to take the last two games. Jessica Thomas and Cameroon quickly slammed the door on that chance, cruising to an 83-68 win.
