Group B
Tuesday’s action started in this group again as Venezuela made their debut having received the bye on the first day. They got the 62-51 win, which meant that a second loss for Chile left them in last place in the group and fixed their spot in the bracket. They get a bye for the next set of games and then will play the second-place team from the other group next.

Group A
The first game in this group featured two teams trying to bounce back from opening day losses. Manuela Rios and Colombia got the lead early and then pulled away late for the 83-65 victory. The loss left Uruguay waiting for the other game to be played to see if they still had a chance of avoiding elimination. They did not get the result that they wanted as Argentina kept building on their lead on their way to an 81-48 win over Paraguay, clinching the top spot in the group and an AmeriCup berth in the process.
