Sunday was final day of games as all of the teams were in action to determine their final placements. Defensor Sporting was looking to avenge a group stage loss and secure fifth place, but Sassa Goncalves and Ferro slammed the door on that in the second half and won 94-82. Araraquara started the bronze medal game well before Colegio Los Leones De Quilpue got closer in the second half. In the end, Araraquara was able to grind out the 65-53 win, raising questions about how the groups ended up being so unbalanced with the Group B teams all finishing at the top ahead of the Group A teams. The first matchup of the finalists had been completely uncompetitive, but the Bay Area Phoenix quickly showed that would not be the case this time. Jessica Jackson and Andrea Daley helped Sportiva Italiana fight back and take the lead for a bit in the fourth quarter, but the Phoenix rallied late and got the 87-82 win.
