Saturday started with the game for fifth place and Cathay Life got the 138-52 win behind Hsu Yu-Lien and Tseng Hsuan-Yi. Chennedy Carter had one last starring effort for Al Ula in defeat. Maho Hayashi and the Red Wave used a fast start in the first semifinal to get past Amari Robinson, Kayleigh Truong, and the Ulaanbaatar Amazons 107-83. Hosts Guangdong advanced from the other semifinal with a 91-56 win over Sonia Kim and Busan.
