There were four games played on Thursday to end the group stage as the semifinals places were set, but the bracket needed to be determined. Group B wrapped up first, starting with the two teams who were trying to take the top spot. Kristina King and REG had a big lead early, coasting to the 67-56 win over Les Hippos with each team having two more games without a rest day. The other game would determine which team would play in the fifth place game and which team would play in the seventh place game. Mary Lisa Omondi led Zetech University to an 84-62 win over Taudencia Oluoch and Lioness. That was also what was on the line in the first Group A game, which Maryciana Mashauri and Foxes won easily 78-46 over Gladiators. That left the top spot to be determined in the last group stage game and the faster start came from Alima Doumbia, Ifunanya Okoro, and KPA, but REG had the stronger second half for an 81-71 win with Kamba Diakite and Italee Lucas leading the way.
