Sunday was the final day of games as the medals would be decided, but the consolation bracket games were played first. Kayana Traylor and REG finished in seventh place with a 77-72 win over CNSS. Eleuteria Lhavanguane and Sporting de Luanda won the fifth place game over KPA. Both medal games were rematches from last year and it was the same result for the bronze medal as Destiny Philoxy and APR prevailed 90-84 over Ville de Dakar. Hosts Al Ahly quickly took the lead in the gold medal game and Raneem Elgedawy made sure that they avenged last year’s result with a 77-51 win over Ferroviario.
