The first game of the final day was for fifth place as Guatemala was playing on the fourth day in a row. Nelly Rapalo and Honduras looked to have the early advantage, but Guatemala dug deep in the second half and managed to grind out the 56-55 win for the consolation championship. The next game would award a spot in Centrobasket next year as well as the bronze medal. Panama had the lead at halftime, but Kiyomi McMiller kept on driving the hosts forward in the second half and helped them get the 59-49 win. The championship game closed Sunday and it was close in the first half as Hillary Martinez and El Salvador were trying to defend their championship. Mariana Valenzuela and Mexico did not need to participate in the last edition, so their return made that task more difficult and they seized control in the second half for a 75-56 win.
