The championship series has the most potential games so that was started on Wednesday with a little bit more flexibility for the rest of the series. Both teams were missing star players, but PEAC did open with a 61-53 win at home over DVTK. The other series that began was for seventh place as Szekszard opened with a 78-56 win over Barbara Angyal and Vasas.
