It was not quite a full round before the holiday break, but it started on Friday with Franka Toth having an impressive game in MTK’s 81-65 win over Csata. There was also one game on Saturday that saw PEAC take the lead early on Katrina Ozola and BEAC to stay perfect with an 88-69 win. DVTK defeated Vasas 78-51 in Sunday’s early game. Keiunna Walker and Judit Barnai helped Cegled surprise Zala Friskovec and Sopron 65-63. The magnitude was more of a surprise in David Kornei’s 107-69 blowout win over Gyor with a brilliant effort by KK Deans being supplemented by Gabriella Laufer and Zsofia Salamon.
