One series needed a deciding game that was played on Tuesday. After getting the home win in the previous game, Petra Pusztai and MTK quickly took the lead on the road. Liza Karlen and Szekszard wanted to avoid being the only seeding upset victim, but fell short 82-69.

The second round of games in this section was played on Wednesday. Keiunna Walker was fantastic for Cegled in a 101-70 win over Gyor. KK Deans led David Kornei again, this time in a 74-60 win over Livija Sakeviciute and Szigetszentmiklos.
