Another full round of games was played on Wednesday, starting with the classic Basque Country rivalry game that went to overtime before Gernika got the critical 73-72 win over Ibaeta. Gran Canaria continued to just play through their remaining games, but did get good performances from Djeneba N’Diaye and Mama Doumbia even though it was not enough to counter Madison Conner’s sharpshooting in Estepona’s 106-78 win. Zaragoza got closer to locking up the top seed with a 73-50 win over Leganes. Sedis pulled further away from danger with a 71-61 win over Ensino. Mariam Coulibaly was fantastic for Girona in an 88-58 win over Estudiantes. With the two teams that they were tied with winning, Joventut Badalona made sure to match them with a 69-67 win over Jairis to stay in a safe spot. Leonie Fiebich paced Valencia in an 85-74 win over Ferrol. The results above them put Araski in a delicate spot to end the day as a loss would leave them with a very difficult road out of the danger zone, but they were able to at least stay within a game of safety by defeating Avenida 72-68.
