Valencia just escaped with a 74-73 win over Sedis. The last game of the day was delayed, but Khadijiah Cave and Avenida were able to withstand good games from Axelle Merceron and Claudia Contell to leave with a 79-78 win over Gran Canaria.
Sunday’s early game was in Murcia as Jairis defeated Estudiantes 69-58. Gernika was impressive in a 97-83 win over Zaragoza. Overtime was needed to settle the next game as Dalayah Daniels and Ferrol eventually prevailed 69-62 over Isabela Jourdain and Araski. The last game of the day matched the two remaining undefeated teams after the rest of the results and Juste Jocyte made sure that it was Girona at the top of the standings after a 71-64 win over Joventut Badalona.
